    Manufacturing and Component Supply

Solar Distribution is working with manufacturers and plant developers to reduce the cost of Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) plant production.

By streamlining the manufacturing process and increasing production of standardised parts, the individual costs can be greatly reduced for all components, which can then be used across a range of CSP plants, either for new builds or plant upgrades.

    Concentrated Solar Power Production Capabilities

Clean electricity generated from solar power
Clean electricity generated from Concentrated Solar Power is in use around the world, with over sixty 50MW+ capacity plants in operation and more being constructed

Desalinated water produced from solar power
As with all thermal power stations, CSP plants boil water to turn turbines which generates electricity. This water can be sourced from a continuous water supply and generate clean distilled water, ready to be used.

    Hydrogen produced from clean electricity
Electricity produced by CSP plants can be used instantly, or by combining the electricity produced with distilled water, Hydrogen and Oxygen can be generated as transportable gas fuels

CSP land area terraformed for cattle grazing
CSP Plants cover large unused land areas, normally arid desert land. With this land now sheltered the soil can be terraformed into cattle grazing land or for growing other hardy vegetation.

Proven Technology for the Clean Energy Sector

Concentrated Solar Power is the energy solution for now and the foreseeable future. Providing a clean endless source of electricity and the ability to generate much needed fresh water and hydrogen.

This technology is already in use in many countries around the world and needs to be expanded on a far larger and more diverse scale. To supply our world with all of its energy and clean water needs.

Shams 1 CSP Plant (Meaning Sun in Arabic) located near Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Using parabolic trough technology and has a capacity of 100 megawatts (MW), which makes it among the largest parabolic trough power stations in the world.
